Parthiv S Mehta is a BE (Industrial land Engineering Management) from R.V. College of Engineering, Karnataka and MS from Ohio State Engineering USA. He started his professional career in Hical, Bangalore as Production and Quality Engineer and then as a Research Analyst at IISC Bangalore before going to USA for further education.

In USA, he started his professional career at 3SG Corporation as Project Manager where he was the lead in establishing their international operations in Bangalore, India which was later sold to Image Right. He then joined Constellation New Energy, one of the largest Power utility companies in North America. During his tenure at Constellation Energy Group he was part of the back end operation group of the East Coast office, which handled energy supply of more than 3 Billion USD annually. Parthiv is one of the Founders of DESPL and the Managing Director.

Shivam Patnaik one of the founding Directors of DESPL is instrumental in expanding DES vendor development team. He has professional experience in real estate, trading and infrastructure development primarily focused on Orissa. An avid reader and with a passion for renewable energy, Shivam has a degree in Commerce from Utkal University.

Gopabandhu Mishra is an Independent Director of DESPL, graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He is specialized in advanced construction technology and project management consultancy having an experience of 45 yrs. Earlier, he was Chairman of a Public Sector undertaking of Govt. of India.

Silalipi Pattanaik, LLB, is an Independent Director and supports Administration and Corporate Affairs.

Dharitri Patnaik is a Director in DESPL. With Masters from Harvard University, USA and with experience of leading large-scale international and national projects, she has more than 24 years of experience in the social development sector. She handles Organisational Development, Finance and Accounts of DESPL as well as new projects.
