Parthiv S Mehta is one of the founders of DESPL and the Managing Director. He is a BE (Industrial Engineering) from R.V. College of Engineering, Karnataka and MS from Ohio State, USA. He started his professional career in Hical, Bangalore and then as a Research Analyst at IISC Bangalore before going to USA for further education.

In USA, he worked with 3SG Corporation and Constellation New Energy, one of the largest Power utility companies in North America. He was part of the back end operation group of the east coast office, which handled revenues of more than 3 Billion USD annually.

Shivam Patnaik is one of the founding directors of DESPL and is instrumental in expanding DESPL vendor development team. He has professional experience in real estate, trading and infrastructure development primarily focused on Odisha. Shivam has a degree in Commerce from Utkal University.

Gopabandhu Mishra is an Independent Director of DESPL, graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He is specialized in advanced construction technology and project management consultancy having an experience of 45 yrs. Earlier, he was Chairman of a Public Sector undertaking of Govt. of India.

Silalipi Pattanaik, LLB, is an Independent Director and supports Administration and Corporate Affairs.

Dharitri Patnaik is the Chairperson of DESPL. She has a Masters from Harvard University,USA and experience of leading large-scale international and national projects in international organisations. She handles Organisational Development and Finance of DESPL. She has been internationally awarded for her social work and by Ministry of MSME, Govt of India as a leading woman entrepreneur. She is the Founding Chair of FICCI FLO Bhubaneswar.
